AUGUSTA, ME – The University of Maine Augusta women's basketball team triumphed Unity College on Tuesday by the score of 66-12. Jamie Plummer continued to dominate, recording her 7th double-double in a row, scoring 26 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
UMA came out of the locker room with the hot hand, outscoring Unity 27-8 in the second half. Monique Moore finished the game with five points and eight rebounds. Erica Fredrick-Rock grabbed 10 boards, four points and dished out five assists. Krystin Kemp had four points and seven rebounds while Carmen Bragg netted 11 points and two rebounds. Kori Coro had two points and two rebounds in the victory.
Shelby Hall was the leading scorer for Unity, netting six points. Jeana Coppa grabbed nine rebounds in the loss.
