Boston, MA - The Moose shipped off to Boston to compete in the Black Sheep Invitational hosted at The Track at New Balance and by Hampshire College. A brand new facility billed as one of the best in the world. Sophomore Cole Martin broke his own school record in the pole vault reaching 3.80m (12' 5.5'') and just barely missing 3.95m to finish 3rd. Shaking off the nerves Freshman Loran McAlpine finished 11th with her second best throw of her life 8.50 (27' 10.75''). Laura Le Floch finished the day with a 13th placed finish in the 3,000m in a time of 13:44.58.
