UMA Moose basketball lands big 2021 commit in Adam Asgeirsson. 

Adam comes to UMA from Iceland, where he has been a member of the Iceland Youth National teams at multiple levels including the  U15, U16, U18 and U20 teams. Asgeirsson spent his freshman year at John Brown University.

Coach Coleman’s Thoughts:

“We are very excited to add someone of Adam's caliber to our program. With his 6'5 frame and the ability to shoot at a high percentage from anywhere in the gym, he gives us a threat every time he steps on the floor! His experience playing at the national level representing his country is something that will benefit us tremendously in competitive situations!

Beyond the basketball court, Adam is a very hard-working and determined young man who really epitomizes the term student-athlete and will be a great addition to our campus and our basketball program.”
