CONCORD, New Hampshire - The University of Maine at Augusta women's basketball team wrapped up a successful season Saturday with a 63-40 loss to Central Maine Community College in the semi-finals of the Yankee Small College Conference Final Four.CMCC went on to defeat the University of Maine Machias to win the YSCC tournament.

The Moose struggled offensively for much of the game, shooting only 25 percent from the field and hitting only one three pointer in the game. Ashley Peaslee (South China, Maine) was the high scorer for UMA with ten points, while Jenn Lola (Monmouth, Maine) had a team high 12 rebounds and nine points. Rebounding leader Katie Poirier (Harmony, Maine) pulled down ten boards, finishing the season with double digit rebounds in over 20 games this season.
