6 Players Hit Double Digits

HOW IT HAPPENED

UMA women's basketball improved to 5-2 Saturday afternoon after defeating YSCC conference opponent Paul Smith's College. The Bobcats lacked depth and talent to keep pace with the Moose and were only able to manage 11 total points on offense during the contest. Denise Jones led the Bobcats with 6 points and Amber Rockwell led in rebounds with 10.

The Moose shot 59.3% from the field and snagged 52 rebounds and a season high 20 steals. Six of the eight Moose scored in the double digits showing that the Moose tried to focus on ball movement. The Moose face Great Bay Community College Tuesday night looking for one more conference win before the holiday break.

FINAL SCORE
