Win against Great Bay pushes Moose to 6-2

HOW IT HAPPENED

The UMA women's basketball team pulled out to an early lead against Great Bay Community College, scoring the first 16 points of the game.  From that point forward, the Moose never looked back, settling in on a 47-11 lead at the half.  The Moose came out on fire in the third quarter netting 29 points and eventually finished the game 86-20.

The Moose saw scoring, rebounding, and steal contributions from every player.  Kate Stevens had a whopping 10 assists while both Madeline Suhr and Autumn Sudsbury were in double digits for rebounds. Four players scored double digits.  The Moose recorded 28 steals and 26 assists while limiting their turnovers.  As a team, they shot 45.1% and pulled down 22 offensive rebounds.
