UNITY, ME – The UMA women's basketball team braved the snowy roads to face Unity College in their last regular season game.
Morgan Card and Courtney Dunton both standout performances both notching a double-double. Card netted 16 points and 10 rebounds while Dunton contributed 10 points and 12 rebounds.
The Moose started things on offense and never looked back. After the first quarter the Moose were up 20-3 and 30-12 by the half.
The Moose outscored the Rams in the 3rd quarter 24-5. The Moose saw Carmen Bragg go 4-6 from behind the arc throughout the game contributing 12 points and 3 rebounds.
The Moose had 5 of the 8 players it brought to Unity score double digit points.
The Moose begin YSCC Elite 8 Tournament play on February 16th at 2PM where they will face 5th seeded College of Saint Joseph at SMCC.
