AUGUSTA, Maine - Jennifer Lola (Monmouth, Maine; Liberal Studies) helped lead the Moose to a 1-1 record for the last week, breaking two school records along the way. The 5'9 junior guard broke the record for points in a game with the 39 in a 96050 win over Penn College. Lola also netted a new high for triples in a game (8). Lola was the previous record holder in both categories.

She averaged nine rebounds and 28.5 points per game on the week, and is the first UMA basketball player to receive player of the week honors this season.
