Noah Thompson is entering his Junior season at UMA as a criminal justice major who has intentions of working for the DEA when he graduates.  Thompson grew up in Maine before moving to Arizona with his family. 

In his sophomore year Thompson started all 25 games for the Moose and averaged 10.2 points per game.  During Thompson’s freshman season, he broke the school’s record for three pointers made in a single game, and made 88 total three pointers as a freshman. This season Thompson will continue his role as a team captain.

At Cibola High School, he excelled in football and basketball where he served as captain of both teams.  In his senior season, Thompson knocked down 54 shots from beyond the arc in just 26 games. 

Thompson is the son of Scott and Debbie Thompson and has twin brothers and a younger sister.  His brothers are both collegiate athletes.  Abe plays football at Northern Arizona University and Ted runs track and field at Paradise Valley College in Phoenix, AZ.

Thompson is very close with his family and loves spending time with them.  He also enjoys listening to music and cooking when he is not playing basketball.
