UNITY, ME—The UMA men's basketball team traveled to Unity to host a 5-3 YSCC opponent College of St. Joseph Sunday afternoon.

The Moose were looking to improve on their 2-5 YSCC conference record after stumbling against Paul Smith the week before. The Moose took an early lead and controlled the tempo of the game in the first half. Dustin Simpson-Bragg drained a 3 with 7:00 minutes remaining in the first half 26-24.
CSJ however began connecting from behind the line in the final minutes taking a 53-34 lead into halftime.

UMA saw substantial offensive production from Dustin Simpson-Bragg netting 37 points as well as Jordan Holmes who contributed 21 points and 12 rebounds.

Mickalas Snowden led CSJ in scoring from the bench with 24 points with 8 treys.

The Moose travel to South Portland on January 25, 2017 to take on conference and division opponent SMCC at 8PM.
