Walker Thomas, a 2016 graduate from Lawrence High School joins the Moose for second half of the 2016-2017 season.  At Lawrence, Thomas played basketball, football, and track.  He was a part of the National Honors Society, KVAC All-Academic team, and achieved high honors.   Thomas served as captain of both the basketball and track teams.  He earned first team KVAC all-conference honors his senior year in Football and track. Thomas was also 1 of 15 recipients in the state selected for the Maine Chapter of the National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete Award in his senior year. At UMA, Thomas will major in Dental Hygiene with aspirations of being a dental hygienist.
