Caleb McGuire, a  6'7 power forward, is returning to the Moose for his second year.  McGuire is the son of Mark & Liane McGuire. He is a business major here at UMA and graduated from Erskine Academy in 2013. Mcguire played basketball all four years of high school and was selected as team captain his senior year.  He was also awarded All-Conference Honorable Mention for his efforts.  

Last season, McGuire averaged 9.1 points per game as a freshman and 4.7 rebounds per game.  One of his most outstanding statistic was that McGuire shot 43.8% on the season.  He looks to continue to improve upon his game as he enters his sophomore season with the Moose.

In his free time, McGuire enjoys cars, trading on craigslist, and being outdoors.
