Jake has been an extremely active student-athlete here at UMA. He works in the admissions office as an ambassador traveling around the state to different high schools as well as giving tours of campus. He has been on the golf team for the last two years. “Jake is the senior captain and leader of the UMA golf team,” boasts Head Coach Tristan Starbird. “Jake has enjoyed two straight years as an Academic All-American and is poised for a great finale to his college golf career.”

Favorite class so far at UMA: History of Maine with Professor Thomas McCord.
What he likes most about UMA: Jake really likes the small class sizes, the sports, employees, size of the campus, as well as the opportunity to take online classes.
