Co-captain for the Lady Moose, Jamie Plummer, is back and flourishing in her sophomore year at UMA. The well-oiled machine who averaged 19PPG has her eye on another successful season and is producing just that.  Plummer helped lead the Lady Moose to their first bid to the National Tournament in school history last season.  Her electrifying low post presence and perimeter shooting give many teams trouble.  Plummer has a bag full of tricks in the low block to create crafty post moves. Look for the 5’11 forward to create another magical run this season for the Lady Moose.

Interesting Fact about Jamie: Jamie has danced for 12 years and has grown up with horses her entire life.

Favorite Class at UMA: Jamie’s favorite class so far is BIO 110 with Susan Baker.

What she likes most about UMA: “The small and supportive community. You are able to get extremely involved and know everyone on a personal basis. Faculty here wants you to succeed and are willing to help. It gives me everything I am looking for and is an overall great place to be.”
