Moose Fall To Norwich

NORTHFIELD, VT— The Moose took on the home team of Norwich University in the first game of the Ed Hockenbury Classic on Saturday evening.  The Moose came out swinging in the first few minutes lead by co-captain Brandon Rogers (Turlock, CA).  However, Norwich answered the Moose with a 7-0 run of their own, leading 12-10.  Norwich went on to win the game 96-65.

Rogers finished with 37 points and eight rebounds while Keith Chesley (Clinton, ME) had 21 points and seven rebounds.  Freshman Taylor Wilbur (Manchester, ME) added three points and three assists.  Aaron Williams (Augusta, ME) pitched in two points.

The Moose take on Rivier, another NCAA Division III opponent, on Sunday, December 7th at 1:00p.m.
