AUGUSTA, ME— On Friday, February 21, 2020, Oak Hill standout, Desirae Dumais signed her commitment to attend and play basketball for the University of Maine at Augusta. Dumais is a starter for Oak Hill and has been a standout in high school while playing for the Raiders. Dumais brings a tenacious sytle of defensive play and is a serious threat behind the 3-point arc. Dumais has also been selected for the Girls AA/A/B South 2020 All Star Team.

Coach Jim Seavey notes, “Desirae will bring a competitive edge to the UMA team and will fit right into our system. Desirae is a multi-dimensional player who can score from the perimeter or take you inside. Desirae’s fierce desire to be successful, at whatever she does, will be another great addition to our Moose women’s basketball program.”
